Featuring specialized filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, the system includes a robust 110mm x 2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper with a 65kg capacity. The water front parts are an integral component, featuring a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. With water quality being paramount for any drinking system, Raisetech's water front kit not only facilitates efficient water supply and medicating but also incorporates a large diameter flushing tube line to cleanse sediment from the system, safeguarding the system and substantially reducing maintenance labor.

1. Featuring 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, the system operates at a swift 3m/min speed, powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor, delivering an impressive 0.4KW power output.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring a smooth and efficient egg collection process.
3. Equipped with a U shape egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket, an egg belt tensioning part, and essential accessories, the system integrates a PP belt and egg claw to ensure seamless operation.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our cutting-edge automatic manure cleaning system is engineered to enhance the air quality by efficiently reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility. Utilizing a manure scraper, the system meticulously cleans the manure belt.
The system significantly lowers ammonia concentration to 3-5ppm in the house. The manure belt is systematically and automatically cleaned by our advanced manure scraper, ensuring an immaculate environment.
