1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a robust zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering an actual capacity of 90%. It boasts a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring anti-corrosion. 2. The system features separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. It includes an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. Components include TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). Achieve single-layer feeding, delivering feed quickly and uniformly, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, and significantly enhancing the efficiency and quality of poultry rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers made of hot-dip galvanized steel, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm. This automatic manure cleaning system is designed to significantly enhance the air quality within the facility while reducing
the ammonia concentration (3-5ppm) within the environment. The system efficiently cleans the manure belt using a manure scraper, ensuring a hygienic setting.

1. The system incorporates 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a speed of 3m/min.
Powered by a Taiwanese Minquan engine with 1.5kw motors, ensuring reliable and efficient performance.
