1. Constructed with high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m2, achieving an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m3 and superb anti-corrosion properties, the system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measuring 110mm*2mm and auger of 90mm in diameter are integral to its design. Composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg), this system delivers feed automatically and uniformly, minimizing manual labor and feed waste while boosting production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers made from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm. The top layer accommodates a capacity of 70 kg while each hopper holds 65 kg. Powered by China's esteemed brand, Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW and a speed of 8.67m/min, it ensures reliable operation using 5mm steel wire.

3. This system includes a U-shaped egg bracket and an egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning part, complemented by additional accessories such as the PP Belt and egg Claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Designed for optimal efficiency, the automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by effectively reducing
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The manure belt is meticulously cleaned by a manure scraper, ensuring a pristine environment.
