2. Main Feeding System

Our cutting-edge silo is made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275g/m², offering 90% actual capacity and an impressive feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. This robust system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm in diameter. Comprising TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, and Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW) with a 65kg Feed Hopper, this system automates feed delivery quickly and uniformly, minimizing manual labor and feed waste while enhancing chicken rearing productivity and quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Two hoppers per layer, crafted from 1.2mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel, with a capacity of 65 kg and 70 kg for the top layer. Powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor, offering 0.75KW of power, utilizing 5mm steel wire, at a speed of 8.67m/min.

4. Drinking System

Our drinking system is meticulously designed with five components: 1. Water Front Parts, 2. Drinking Nipples and Cups, 3. Hanging System, 4. Regulator, and 5. Water End Parts.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts encompass the water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Ensuring top-tier water quality is paramount. Our Raisetech water front kit not only supplies water and medicates but also flushes sediment with its large diameter flushing tube, safeguarding the system and reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

Equipped with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, operating at a swift 3m/min speed, and powered by the reputable Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW motor power.
The egg conveyor is made of durable PP woven belt, with a 1.2mm thickness and 100mm width.
Featuring a U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with a tensioning part, along with PP Belt and egg Claw accessories for seamless operation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility. The manure belt is kept pristine through automatic cleaning by a manure scraper.

Comprising 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, this system operates at a speed of 3m/min.
Powered by a Taiwanese Minquan engine with 1.5kw motors, ensuring reliability and robust performance.
The PP Belt, with a 1mm thickness and 1.13m width, operates at a transport speed of 3m/min.
The system is fortified with a supporting beam crafted from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet featuring a 275g coating for enhanced protection and durability.
