With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it boasts exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. Advanced machinery ensures precise filling and dispensing, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring an outer tube size of 110mm x 2mm and an auger diameter of 90mm, it comprises elements like TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). Achieve seamless, automated feeding, reducing manual labor and minimizing feed waste, significantly elevating chicken rearing quality and efficiency.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick and made from hot-dip galvanized steel. The water front parts consist of a comprehensive array of components, including a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medication dispenser. Our automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality and reduce the ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the house. The manure belt is efficiently cleaned by a manure scraper.
