2.Main Feeding System

Our main feeding system boasts a sophisticated silo constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a robust zinc coating of 275g/m². With an impressive 90% actual capacity and a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is engineered to resist corrosion. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment capable of a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. With an outer tube measuring 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm, it comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg) to achieve efficient single-layer feeding. Our auto-deliver feature ensures feed is quickly and evenly distributed, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing your production efficiency and overall quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

This state-of-the-art system includes two robust hoppers per layer, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a substantial thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper is designed with a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. Driven by China's esteemed Wanxin Motor, this system offers a power output of 0.75KW. Utilizing a 5mm steel wire, it operates at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring optimal feeding efficiency.

Our water front parts are meticulously engineered to include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. Recognizing the critical importance of water quality in drinking systems, the Raisetech water front kit excels in providing efficient water supply and medication. Furthermore, equipped with a large diameter flushing tube line, it effectively flushes sediment, safeguarding the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5.Egg Collection System

The system features side panels constructed from 2mm hot dip galvanized material, operating at a speed of 3m/min with the reliable power of China's premier Wanxin Motor, rated at 0.4KW.
The egg conveyor is crafted from PP woven belt material, offering a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring durability and efficiency.
The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket, complemented by an egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories, along with a PP Belt and egg Claw for seamless operation.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by efficiently reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The continuous automatic cleaning process by the manure scraper ensures a hygienic and comfortable environment.
