2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, constructed of hot-dip galvanized steel, boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² with a remarkable 90% actual capacity. Feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m³ ensuring anti-corrosion integrity. 2. The system integrates separate filling and dispensing equipment with an impressive transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Outer tube dimensions are 110mm*2mm, while the auger measures 90mm. 3. The system's composition includes TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This innovative solution automates the delivery of feed rapidly and uniformly, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and the overall quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with each hopper accommodating 65 kg and the top layer 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW and a 5mm steel wire speed of 8.67m/min.

The egg conveyor is made from PP woven belt material, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring durability and efficiency.
The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with egg belt tensioning components, complete with essential accessories, as well as a PP Belt and egg Claw for optimal performance.
