1. The silo is crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a robust zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring a remarkable 90% actual capacity and an impressive feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. This system is designed for anti-corrosion. Its components are meticulously separated for filling and dispensing, boasting a transport capacity of up to 73 kg/min. Features include an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. It consists of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). This system is engineered for efficiency, automatically delivering feed swiftly and evenly, minimizing manual labor and feed waste, while significantly enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

6. Manure Cleaning System

An advanced automatic manure cleaning system is implemented to enhance air quality and significantly lower ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The innovative manure belt is efficiently cleaned via a dedicated manure scraper, ensuring a pristine environment.
By automatically cleaning the manure belt with precision, this system maintains optimal conditions and significantly reduces ammonia presence, creating a healthier atmosphere for your poultry.
