2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo material is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring a robust anti-corrosive structure. The actual capacity is utilized at 90%, with a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. 2. The system comprises separate filling and dispensing equipment with a formidable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Equipped with an outer tube measuring 110mm*2mm, and an auger of 90mm. 3. The system is composed of superior-quality TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This system facilitates automatic, fast, and uniform feed delivery to the designated feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor, minimizing feed waste, and boosting the overall production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel for enhanced durability. With a capacity of 65 kg each, and 70 kg for the top layer, they are driven by China's prestigious Wanxin Motor. The motor boasts a power output of 0.75KW, operating a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring efficient feed distribution across all layers.

1. The system features 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at an impressive speed of 3m/min, powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor with a power rating of 0.4KW, known for its reliability and efficiency.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed from a durable PP woven belt, 1.2mm thick and 100mm wide, ensuring safe and efficient egg transportation.
3. The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket, equipped with an egg belt tensioning part and necessary accessories for optimal operation. 4. Sturdy PP Belt and precision-engineered egg Claw ensure gentle handling and transportation of eggs.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The automated manure cleaning system drastically improves air quality by reducing the ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) within the facility, creating a healthier environment for both chickens and staff.
