1. The silo is constructed from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275g/m², boasting an impressive 90% actual capacity. It supports a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and is designed to resist corrosion. 2. Featuring specialized filling and dispensing equipment, the system transports feed at a remarkable rate of 73 kg/min. Equipped with an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and a 90mm auger, the system includes TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. The automated delivery ensures swift and uniform feed distribution, reducing manual labor and waste, thereby optimizing both efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer incorporates two hoppers, made from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds 65 kg, with the top layer supporting 70 kg. Powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor, with motor power rated at 0.75KW, featuring a 5mm steel wire and a speed of 8.67m/min.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality while reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The sturdy manure belt is efficiently cleaned by a specialized scraper system.
