2. Main Feeding System

1. Constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo offers a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is highly anti-corrosive. 2. Features include separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm x 2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), the system auto-delivers feed rapidly and evenly, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage while boosting efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Equipped with dual hoppers per layer, each possessing a thickness of 1.2 mm and made from top-tier hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper accomodates 65 kg, with the top layer holding 70 kg. Powered by China's esteemed Wanxin Motor, featuring a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min, this system ensures seamless feeding.

5. Egg Collection System

Featuring 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, this system operates at a swift 3m/min speed, powered by China’s top Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW power, ensuring efficient egg collection.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from PP woven belt, measuring 1.2mm in thickness and 100mm in width, facilitating smooth and reliable egg transport.
3. The system includes a U-shape egg bracket and an egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning parts and accessories. It boasts a PP Belt and egg Claw for optimal egg handling and protection.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our advanced automatic manure cleaning system enhances air quality by significantly reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility. The manure belt is efficiently cleaned using a specialized manure scraper.
