2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it boasts excellent anti-corrosive properties. 2. It includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm x 2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This automated system efficiently delivers feed swiftly and evenly to the designated areas, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper holds up to 65 kg, with the top layer supporting 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, the motor boasts a power of 0.75KW. The robust 5mm steel wire ensures a smooth operation speed of 8.67m/min.

2. The egg conveyor is designed with a durable PP woven belt, boasting a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm for efficient egg transport.
3. The system is enhanced with a U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket, including an egg belt tensioning part with comprehensive accessories, alongside a PP Belt and egg Claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

This cutting-edge automatic manure cleaning system enhances air quality and substantially reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the housing environment. The efficient manure belt is expertly cleaned by a specialized manure scraper, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant atmosphere.
