Feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m³, exhibiting superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. Featuring distinct filling and dispensing equipment, it boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, complemented by a 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, and Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW) along with a 65kg Feed Hopper, it efficiently facilitates single-layer feeding. 2. The egg conveyor is crafted from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, engineered for optimal performance and reliability in egg handling.

The system incorporates a U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket, complete with an egg belt tensioning part and accompanying accessories, all designed to enhance functionality and ease of operation. 4. Utilizing a PP Belt paired with an egg Claw ensures smooth and efficient egg handling and collection.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our state-of-the-art automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality, ensuring optimum conditions by reducing ammonia levels to 3-5ppm within the facility. The automatic manure scraper effectively cleans the manure belt, ensuring a hygienic environment.
The system excels in maintaining ideal air conditions by reducing ammonia concentration (3-5ppm) within the house, using an efficient manure belt automatically cleaned by a dedicated scraper.
