2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and offering a commendable 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and anti-corrosion properties, it's engineered for excellence. 2. The materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment, with an impressive transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Features an outer tube measuring 110mm by 2mm, and an auger of 90mm. 3. The system is composed of a TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg), allowing single-layer feeding to be achieved effortlessly. This auto-delivery system ensures quick and even feed distribution to the feeding area, minimizing manual labor, curbing feed wastage, and significantly enhancing the production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel. These hoppers boast a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer capable of holding 70 kg. Powered by China's illustrious Wanxin brand motor, the motor offers 0.75KW of power, employing a 5mm steel wire with an operational speed of 8.67m/min.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts encompass the water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Recognizing the crucial role of water quality in drinking systems, Raisetech's water front kit not only excels in water supply and medicating but also features a large diameter flushing tube line to efficiently clear sediment in the tubes. This innovative approach protects the system and minimizes maintenance labor.

1. With side panels of 2mm hot-dip galvanized steel operating at 3m/min speed, and powered by China's premier Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW motor power, this system ensures optimal egg collection.
2. Egg Conveyor: Utilizing a PP woven belt of 1.2mm thickness and 100mm width, it guarantees durability and efficiency in egg transport.
3. Features a U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning part, complemented with additional accessories, including a PP belt and egg claw for seamless operation.

6. Manure Cleaning System
