2. Main Feeding System

1. Constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m2, with an impressive actual capacity usage of 90%. Feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m3, delivering superior anti-corrosion protection. 2. The system includes separate, high-capacity filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube dimensions are 110mm x 2mm, and the auger measures 90mm. 3. The setup comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This system ensures quick and even auto-delivery of feed, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thus optimizing the production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Every layer is equipped with two hoppers made of 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper can hold 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates 70 kg. Utilizing the renowned Wanxin Motor, with a power output of 0.75KW, a 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min, this system ensures efficient feed distribution.

4. Drinking System

The Drinking System includes: 1. Water front parts for initial processing 2. Drinking nipples and cups for easy access 3. A hanging system for secure installation 4. A regulator for flow control 5. Water end parts to complete the setup.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts incorporate an inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. Water quality is crucial for the system's performance. Raisetech's water front kit is engineered not just for water supply and medication, but also for flushing sediment from the tubes with its large diameter flushing tube line, significantly protecting the system and reducing maintenance labor.

1. Featuring side panels of 2mm hot-dip galvanized steel, operating at 3m/min speed, powered by a 0.4KW motor from China's premier Wanxin Motor brand.
2. The egg conveyor is made from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, facilitating smooth and efficient egg transport.
3. Includes a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning parts, and accessories such as the PP Belt and egg Claw for optimal egg handling.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automated manure cleaning system enhances air quality by effectively reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. This system uses a manure scraper to ensure the belt is consistently clean.
