2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring durability and a remarkable 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, our system offers anti-corrosion properties. 2. It includes separate filling and dispensing equipment, boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm x 2mm with a 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), our system achieves single-layer feeding seamlessly. It efficiently auto-delivers feed to the area, minimizing manual labor, reducing waste, and significantly boosting the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick and made of hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Our system is powered by the leading Wanxin Motor brand, featuring a motor power of 0.75KW and a sturdy 5mm steel wire, ensuring a swift speed of 8.67m/min.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts include an efficient water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Ensuring top-tier water quality is crucial for our drinking systems. Raisetech's water front kit not only excels in water supply and medicating but also features a large diameter flushing tube line. This innovation flushes sediment, safeguarding the system while reducing maintenance labor.

5.Egg Collection System

1. Crafted from 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, our egg collection system operates at a speed of 3m/min. Powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor, it boasts a robust motor power of 04KW.
2. The egg conveyor is made from a durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring a smooth and effective egg collection process.
3. The U shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket, and egg belt tensioning part come with comprehensive accessories, including the PP Belt and egg Claw, for streamlined operation.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system efficiently enhances air quality and significantly reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the house, promoting a healthier environment for poultry.
The manure belt is expertly cleaned by an automatic manure scraper, ensuring continuous operation with minimal human intervention.

The system features 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a swift speed of 3m/min.
Our system is powered by the reliable Taiwanese Minquan engine 1.5kw motors, ensuring consistent performance and longevity.
2. The PP Belt boasts a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, with a transport speed of 3m/min, delivering efficient manure management.
3. The supporting beam is crafted from a 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating, ensuring a durable and reliable production process.
