2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is made from hot-dip galvanized steel, with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasting an actual capacity of 90%. It supports a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, offering superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. Our precise filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, features an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. Composed of the TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), it facilitates automatic feed delivery quickly and evenly to the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage while enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

The system features hoppers for each layer, crafted from 1.2mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand, Wanxin, with a motor power of 0.75KW, the system operates using a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system optimizes air quality by significantly reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The manure belt is efficiently cleaned using a durable manure scraper.
