2. Main Feeding System

Our silo material, made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offers a substantial feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and 90% actual capacity. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and auger of 90mm. Composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper, this system ensures quick and even auto-delivery of feed, significantly reducing manual labor, waste, and enhancing overall production efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Featuring dual hoppers per layer with a 1.2mm thickness, constructed from premium hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China’s esteemed Wanxin Motor, delivering 0.75KW, with robust 5mm steel wires and a speed of 8.67m/min, these hoppers ensure efficient feeding.
