2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo material is rigorously constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a robust zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering an impressive 90% capacity. It is engineered for a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, featuring exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system consists of separate filling and dispensing equipment with a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, accompanied by a 90mm auger. 3. The system is composed of a TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), and facilitates single-layer feeding. It quickly and evenly distributes feed to the designated area, minimizing manual labor and feed waste while enhancing the quality and efficiency of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Ingeniously designed, each layer boasts two hoppers made from durable hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper has an impressive capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer supporting up to 70 kg. Our automatic manure cleaning system revolutionizes air quality by dramatically reducing ammonia concentration (3-5ppm) within the poultry house, thanks to the efficient manure belt scraper.
