2.Main Feeding System

1. Our silos, made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², maintain 90% actual capacity. This ensures a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. The system is anti-corrosive, featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Outer tube dimensions are 110mm*2mm, paired with a 90mm auger. The system includes TS corner, TS chain, feed trough, drive motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg feed hopper. Designed for efficiency, the auto-delivery mechanism distributes feed quickly and consistently, minimizing waste and enhancing rearing productivity.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer's dual hoppers, crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, boast a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. Powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor, the system showcases a motor power of 0.75KW, operates with a robust 5mm steel wire, and achieves a speed of 8.67m/min.

5.Egg Collection System

1. The system features durable 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, operating at a swift speed of 3m/min, powered by the esteemed Wanxin Motor with a power rating of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor, made from resilient PP woven belt, measures a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring reliable egg transportation.
3. The inclusion of a U-shape egg bracket, complemented by an egg belt wheel bracket and egg belt tensioning part with accessories, enhances the efficiency and safety of egg transit. It also features a PP belt and egg claw for comprehensive handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality significantly by reducing ammonia levels to 3-5ppm within the housing environment.
