1. CAGE Frame

Measuring a layer height of 675mm, it allows for optimal chicken comfort and mobility.
A substantial cage height of 640mm is engineered for durability and functionality.

2. Main Feeding System

1. Constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an effective capacity of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. Comprised of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), this system facilitates single-layer feeding, delivering feed swiftly and evenly, thus cutting down on manual labor, minimizing feed waste, and boosting the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with dual hoppers, 1.2mm thick and made from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor, featuring a motor power of 0.75KW, these hoppers utilize a 5mm steel wire, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

2. The egg conveyor employs a PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring durability and reliability.
3. Featuring a U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning components and accessories, complete with a PP belt and egg claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system enhances the air quality and reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility, efficiently managed by a manure scraper.
This state-of-the-art system ensures the air conditions remain optimal by keeping ammonia levels between 3-5ppm while the manure belt is expertly cleaned using a manure scraper.

1. Featuring 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, it operates at a speed of 3m/min.
Driven by the reliable Taiwanese Minquan engine with a 1.5kw motor, ensuring consistent and powerful performance.
