2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo material is expertly constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering an actual capacity of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is highly resistant to corrosion. 2. The materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, utilizing an outer tube of 110mm*2mm accompanied by a 90mm auger. 3. This system comprises a TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). It effectively enables single-layer feeding, providing fast and uniform feed delivery to the feeding area, dramatically reducing manual operation time and minimizing feed wastage, thereby enhancing the production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

 

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, meticulously crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper possesses a generous capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer holds up to 70 kg. The water front parts include a sophisticated array of components: water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. 2. The egg conveyor is expertly crafted from PP woven belt material, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. The U-shape egg bracket includes an egg belt wheel bracket, complete with an egg belt tensioning part and complementary accessories. It features a resilient PP belt and specialized egg claws to ensure secure egg transport.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is engineered to enhance air conditions and effectively reduce the ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) within the house. It incorporates a state-of-the-art manure belt automatically cleaned by a manure scraper, ensuring pristine hygiene.
