2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, constructed of hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasts an actual capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is expertly designed for durability and anti-corrosion. 2. The materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, and features such as an outer tube measuring 110mm by 2mm, and an auger of 90mm, 3. Composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). This system enables single-layer feeding, ensuring automatic, swift, and even feed delivery to the feeding area, thereby minimizing manual operation time, reducing feed waste, and enhancing production efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer of this advanced system is equipped with two robust hoppers made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper holds an impressive capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates 70 kg. At the heart of this system is the powerful Wanxin Motor, China's leading brand, boasting a motor power of 0.75KW, with steel wire that’s 5mm thick, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

1. The system features 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a smooth 3m/min speed, powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor of China, with a motor power of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is meticulously crafted from PP woven belt, offering a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm to ensure a reliable and gentle handling of eggs.
3. U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket equipped with an egg belt tensioning part and comprehensive accessories, including a PP Belt and egg Claw to maintain optimal egg transport and collection efficiency.
