2.Main Feeding System

1. Constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an impressive 90% actual capacity. Feeding density is optimized at 0.65 tons/m³, providing excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. Utilize separate filling and dispensing equipment with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Outer tube dimensions are 110mm by 2mm, paired with a 90mm auger. 3. The system is comprised of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. This advanced system allows for swift and even auto-delivery of feed to the designated area, minimizing manual involvement and feed wastage while significantly enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features two hoppers made of 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. With each hopper holding up to 65 kg, and the top layer accommodating 70 kg, this system utilizes the renowned Chinese brand Wanxin Motor with 0.75KW power. Equipped with a robust 5mm steel wire, it operates efficiently at a speed of 8.67m/min.

5.Egg Collection System

1. The system is equipped with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, functioning at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the top-notch Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor, crafted from durable PP woven belt, has a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring smooth and efficient egg transport.
3. Features a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with a tensioning part, and essential accessories. The PP Belt and egg Claw ensure seamless egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system enhances air quality by effectively reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. Using a manure scraper, the belt is cleaned automatically.
The system's design automatically cleans the manure belt, using a scraper to maintain an optimal environment by controlling ammonia levels within the facility.
