2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo's robust construction features hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an impressive actual capacity of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and exceptional anti-corrosion properties, this system is built to last. 2. Our separate filling and dispensing equipment showcases a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm while the auger is 90mm, providing seamless function. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), this system ensures efficient single-layer feeding. Auto-delivery rapidly and evenly distributes feed, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage while enhancing the efficiency and quality of your chicken rearing operations.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, constructed from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring resilience and longevity. Each hopper holds 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates 70 kg. The system is powered by China's premier Wanxin Motor, with a power output of 0.75KW. The 5mm steel wire guarantees durability, and the system operates at a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring swift and efficient feeding.

1. Our egg collection system features 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min. Driven by the superior Wanxin Motor, recognized as a top brand in China, with a motor power of 0.4KW, the system is both powerful and reliable.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from a PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring gentle and efficient transport of eggs.
3. U shape egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket come with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories, including a PP belt and egg claw, optimizing the collection process and ensuring the safety and integrity of each egg.
