It holds an impressive 90% of its actual capacity with a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, offering superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. This sophisticated system comprises separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring an outer tube dimension of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm, it includes TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). The system enables swift and even feed distribution, significantly minimizing manual operation time and reducing feed waste, thereby boosting production efficiency and enhancing the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with dual hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick and made from hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring a robust structure. Each hopper holds up to 65 kg, with the top layer offering a capacity of 70 kg. The system is powered by Wanxin Motor, a distinguished name in China, delivering motor power of 0.75KW. 1. Side panels are crafted from 2mm hot-dip galvanized steel, operating at a speed of 3m/min with motor power from China's preeminent Wanxin Motor at 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor utilizes a PP woven belt, offering a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, emphasizing durability and efficiency.
3. The system features a U-shaped egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket, complete with an egg belt tensioning part and accompanying accessories, all designed to enhance the function and reliability of the egg collection system.

6. Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5 ppm) within the facility. The manure belt is expertly cleaned using a manure scraper, ensuring an efficient and hygienic environment.
The ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) in the enclosure is remarkably reduced through innovative cleaning processes. The manure scraper automatically keeps the manure belt pristine and efficient.
