2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo material is constructed from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity and an impressive feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. Featuring superior anti-corrosion properties, our system comprises separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The system includes a 110mm*2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger, seamlessly composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). It efficiently auto-delivers feed swiftly and uniformly to the feeding area, drastically cutting down manual operations and feed waste while enhancing production efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm made from hot-dip galvanized steel. With a capacity of 65 kg per hopper, and 70 kg for the top layer, they are powered by China's esteemed Wanxin Motor boasting 0.75KW. The system uses 5mm steel wire, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min for optimal functionality.

The water front parts encompass a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. For optimal performance, the Raisetech water front kit ensures impeccable water quality, crucial for most drinking systems. Capable of not only water supply and medication, the system also features a large diameter flushing tube line to eliminate sediment from the tube, safeguarding the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5.Egg Collection System

1. The system includes 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, operating at a speed of 3m/min with motor power supplied by the top-notch Wanxin Motor at 0.4KW.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our advanced automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The manure belt is seamlessly cleaned by a manure scraper, ensuring a pristine environment.
The system's efficiency in maintaining ideal air conditions is unmatched, as it keeps the ammonia percentage in check, providing a healthier living space for the chickens.
