2.Main Feeding System

1. Constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo boasts a zinc coating thickness of 275g/m², offering an actual capacity utilization of 90%. The feeding density stands at an optimal 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. Engineered with separate filling and dispensing equipment, the system delivers an impressive transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm by 2mm, complemented by a 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper, this system achieves single-layer feeding with ease. It efficiently auto-delivers feed swiftly and uniformly to the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, ultimately enhancing production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer houses two robust hoppers, manufactured from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel, with each hopper offering a substantial 65 kg capacity, and the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. The system is powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor, featuring a 0.75KW motor, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.

2. The egg conveyor is designed using PP woven belt, with a sturdy thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.

6.Manure Cleaning System

An automatic manure cleaning system vastly improves air quality while efficiently reducing
the ammonia concentration (3-5ppm) within the housing environment. The manure belt is seamlessly cleaned by a precision manure scraper.
