Our separate filling and dispensing equipment delivers a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min, supported by an outer tube measuring 110mm x 2mm and a 90mm auger. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper, offering single-layer feeding capabilities. This automated system expedites feed delivery, ensuring consistent and even distribution across the feeding area, thus minimizing manual labor and feed wastage while optimizing both production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our state-of-the-art automatic manure cleaning system is designed to significantly enhance air quality while greatly reducing ammonia levels (3-5 ppm) within the housing environment. The system's efficient manure belt is seamlessly cleaned by a specialized manure scraper, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
