2. Main Feeding System

1. Our silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², achieving 90% actual capacity with a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. The anti-corrosive properties guarantee longevity. 2. Our system features separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Specifications include an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and a 90mm auger. 3. The system components are made up of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This automated system delivers feed quickly and evenly, significantly enhancing production efficiency and reducing manual labor and feed wastage.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features two robust hoppers, crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with a generous capacity of 65 kg per hopper. The top layer boasts a capacity of 70 kg. Powered by China's premier brand Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW and a 5mm steel wire running at 8.67m/min, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.

4. Drinking System

The system includes: 1. Water front parts, 2. Drinking nipples and cups, 3. Hanging system, 4. Regulator, and 5. Water end parts, each element precisely engineered for optimal poultry hydration.

Water Front Parts.

Our Water Front Parts consist of an advanced water inlet, filter, medicator, and water meter. With Raisetech's large diameter flushing tube line, the system not only ensures continuous water supply and medication distribution but also efficiently flushes sediment, protecting the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

The egg collection system is equipped with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by a 0.4KW motor from China's top brand Wanxin, ensuring seamless egg collection.
The egg conveyor employs a durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, designed for gentle and efficient egg handling.
The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket and an egg belt wheel bracket, complete with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories. The PP belt and egg claw work in harmony for optimal egg handling and transportation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system effectively improves air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm), promoting a healthier environment for your poultry.
The manure belt is meticulously cleaned with a high-efficiency manure scraper, ensuring consistent removal of waste and maintenance of hygiene.

Equipped with 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a running speed of 3m/min, this system exemplifies durability and reliability.
Powered by Taiwanese Minquan engine motors with a robust 1.5KW power rating, ensuring enduring performance and efficiency.
The PP belt, with a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, operates at a transport speed of 3m/min, designed for optimal manure management.
The supporting beam is constructed from a 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating, ensuring structural integrity and longevity in all conditions.
