2.Main Feeding System

1. Silo Material: hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering robust corrosion resistance. It boasts an actual capacity of 90%, with a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. 2. Materials: Separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. 6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system effectively improves air quality by
reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the housing. The manure belt is autonomously cleaned by a specially designed manure scraper.

1. Features 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a speed of 3m/min.
Equipped with high-performance Taiwanese Minquan engine motors rated at 1.5kw.
2. PP Belt: 1mm thickness, 1.13m width, with a transport speed of 3m/min, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
3. Supporting Beam: Crafted from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with 275g coating for superior strength and longevity.
4. One set per room with distinct horizontal and bevel distribution. Material is welded with 5mm angle steel. The 5mm thick rubber tape provides 3kw power for the stool tape, ensuring no fecal leakage during transportation. The horizontal conveyor system employs durable rubber belts.
