2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², and an actual capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it boasts excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. The materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and a 90mm auger. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), enabling a single layer feeding process. It efficiently auto-delivers feed quickly and evenly across the feeding area, reducing manual intervention and feed wastage, thereby enhancing both productivity and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features dual hoppers crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper boasts a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg.
