2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, made from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasts an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers top-notch anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system features advanced separate filling and dispensing equipment, delivering a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm x 2mm, complemented by a robust 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), this system achieves single-layer feeding with ease. Auto-delivering feed swiftly and uniformly, it drastically reduces manual labor, minimizes feed wastage, and elevates production efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each sophisticated layer is equipped with two sturdy hoppers, crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel for enhanced durability. 6.Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality and significantly reduce the ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The manure belt is efficiently cleaned using a precision-engineered manure scraper.
