1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², efficiently maintaining 90% capacity. Feeding density is precisely calibrated at 0.65 tons/m³ to prevent corrosion. 2. The system incorporates separate filling and dispensing equipment, boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min with an outer tube dimension of 110mm*2mm and auger at 90mm. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor of 1.5KW/2.2KW, and Feed Hopper at 65kg, this forward-thinking design facilitates seamless auto-delivery of feed swiftly and uniformly, minimizing manual labor, reducing feed waste, and enhancing the overall efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, fabricated from 1.2mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Individual hopper capacity is 65 kg with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Utilizing China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, the motor power is 0.75KW, paired with a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min.

5. Egg Collection System

2. The egg conveyor features a PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring reliable egg transport.

6. Manure Cleaning System

An automatic manure cleaning system elevates air quality and minimizes ammonia levels (3-5ppm) inside the house. The innovative manure belt uses a scraper for thorough cleaning.
