2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasting an actual capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and superior anti-corrosion properties, it ensures longevity and efficiency. 2. Materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). The auto-delivery mechanism efficiently distributes feed quickly and evenly, minimizing manual labor and reducing feed waste, thereby enhancing production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

 

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper boasts a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, this system utilizes a 0.75KW motor and 5mm steel wire, achieving a speed of 8.67m/min.

Water Front Parts.

The Water Front Parts include an inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Understanding that water quality is paramount, the Raisetech water front kit excels in water supply and medicating, while its large diameter flushing tube efficiently removes sediment, protecting the system and minimizing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Constructed with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, operating at a speed of 3m/min. Powered by a 0.4KW motor from China's top brand Wanxin, ensuring reliable and efficient egg collection.
2. The egg conveyor features a durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, designed for optimal egg transport.
3. The U-shaped egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket feature an egg belt tensioning part with accessories. Complete with a PP Belt and egg Claw, ensuring secure and gentle egg handling.

6. Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system vastly improves air quality by reducing ammonia levels to a mere 3-5ppm within the house. The manure belt is meticulously cleaned by an efficient manure scraper, ensuring a pristine environment.
Ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) in the house is minimized, creating a healthier living space for chickens.
