2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo material is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an operational capacity of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, this system is engineered for anti-corrosion longevity. 2. It includes advanced materials for separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm x 2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. The system comprises a TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (available in 1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). Designed for single-layer feeding, it auto-delivers feed swiftly and evenly to the designated feeding area, significantly reducing manual operation time and feed waste, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

 

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm, fabricated from robust hot-dip galvanized steel. Every hopper holds a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer increasing to 70 kg. It is powered by China's premier Wanxin Motor, featuring a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.

 

4. Drinking System

The system comprises: 1. Water front parts, 2. Drinking nipples and cups, 3. A hanging system, 4. A regulator, 5. Water end parts.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. High-quality water is essential for most drinking systems. The Raisetech water front kit not only facilitates water supply and medicating but also includes a large diameter flushing tube that effectively removes sediment from the tube, safeguarding the system and reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. The side panels are crafted from 2mm hot-dip galvanized material, operating at a speed of 3m/min with a motor power of 0.4KW, courtesy of China's leading brand, Wanxin Motor.
2. Egg Conveyor: Made from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. Features a U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning component, and various accessories including a PP Belt and egg Claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

This state-of-the-art automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing the amonia percentage (3-5ppm) within the housing environment. The system uses a manure scraper for efficient cleaning of the manure belt.

Powered by Taiwanese Minquan Engines, featuring 1.5KW motors for reliable and efficient performance.
2. The PP Belt boasts a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, with a transport speed of 3m/min.
