1. Silo: Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², assuring anti-corrosion properties and a robust capacity usage of 90%. Feeding density is maintained at 0.65 tons/m³. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The silo's outer tube measures 110mm x 2mm, featuring an auger of 90mm. The system's components, such as TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), collaborate to deliver feed swiftly and evenly to designated areas. This automation reduces manual labor and feed wastage, thus elevating the overall efficiency and quality of chicken rearing operations.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each featuring a robust 1.2 mm thickness and constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel for enhanced durability. Each hopper has a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by the acclaimed Chinese brand Wanxin Motor, the system features a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.

1. Side panels made from 2mm hot dip galvanized steel operate at a speed of 3m/min, powered by a 0.4KW motor from the renowned Chinese brand Wanxin, ensuring efficient egg collection operations.
2. Egg Conveyor: Crafted from PP woven belt material, this conveyor boasts a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring durability and efficient egg handling.
3. U-shape egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket, equipped with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories, feature a PP Belt and egg claw for seamless operation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is engineered to enhance air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5 ppm) within the poultry house. The system utilizes a manure scraper for automatic belt cleaning, optimizing hygiene and environmental conditions.

1. Side panels feature 3mm hot-dip galvanized construction for durability, paired with a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door. The system operates at a running speed of 3m/min, ensuring efficient manure management.
Powered by the robust Taiwanese Minquan engine, the system features 1.5kw motors for reliable and powerful operation.
