2.Main Feeding System

1. Our silo, crafted from durable hot-dip galvanized steel, boasts a zinc coating thickness of 275g/m², ensuring remarkable resistance to corrosion while providing an actual capacity utilization of 90%. The feeding density stands at 0.65 tons per cubic meter. Utilizing separate, state-of-the-art filling and dispensing equipment, it offers a transport capacity of 73 kg per minute. The system features an outer tube measuring 110mm in diameter with a robust 2mm thickness, complemented by a 90mm auger. Engineered with precision, the composition includes TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor available in 1.5KW or 2.2KW, a capacious 65kg Feed Hopper, and supports single-layer feeding. This innovative design ensures the swift and uniform distribution of feed to the designated feeding area, drastically minimizing manual intervention and feed wastage, leading to enhanced production efficiency and superior quality in chicken rearing.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality while dramatically reducing
ammonia levels to a mere 3-5 ppm within the house. The manure belt is expertly cleaned by an automated manure scraper.

Crafted with precision, the system includes 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, all operating at a running speed of 3m/min.
Equipped with Taiwanese Minquan engine, featuring 1.5kw motors for optimal performance
The PP belt is 1mm thick and 1.13m wide, ensuring a swift transport speed of 3m/min.
Robust supporting beam crafted from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with 275g coating, engineered for durable performance.
Each room is equipped with a comprehensive set, featuring horizontal and bevel distribution, welded with 5mm angle steel. The stool tape, powered by a robust 5mm thick rubber tape, delivers 3kw of power.
