The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm by 2mm, with an auger of 90mm. 3. The system is comprised of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (available in 1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), and supports single-layer feeding. The auto-delivery mechanism swiftly and evenly distributes feed to the designated feeding areas, drastically reducing manual labor and feed wastage, while simultaneously improving the efficiency and quality of poultry production.

Each layer features two robust hoppers made from 1.2mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. The water front parts include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. The system maintains optimal water quality, critical for all drinking systems. Raisetech’s water front kit not only supplies and medicates the water but also features a large diameter flushing tube line, effectively flushing sediment from the tubes. 3. The egg collection system includes U-shaped egg brackets, egg belt wheel brackets with tensioning parts, and accessories such as PP belts and egg claws, ensuring effective egg handling and safety.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system significantly improves air quality and reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The system efficiently cleans manure belts using a specialized manure scraper.
The reduction in ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) is achieved through the automated cleaning of the manure belt, ensuring a healthier environment.
