2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a robust zinc coating of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity. It delivers a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ with outstanding anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system incorporates advanced separate filling and dispensing equipment, boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. It features a sturdy outer tube (110mm*2mm) and a reliable auger (90mm). 3. The assembly consists of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This configuration allows for single-layer feeding, enabling automatic and precise delivery of feed to the designated area, effectively minimizing manual intervention and feed wastage, thereby elevating both production efficiency and the quality of chicken husbandry.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features two robust hoppers, made from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, offering a capacity of 65 kg each, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. It includes China's prestigious Wanxin Motor, with motor power rated at 0.75KW, reinforced with a 5mm steel wire and operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

The water front parts are composed of a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. As water quality is paramount for drinking systems, the Raisetech water front kit excels by not only facilitating water supply and medication but also by efficiently flushing sediment with its large diameter flushing tube line, which safeguards the system and significantly reduces maintenance labor.

1. The system uses 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by a Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW from China’s leading motor brand.
2. Egg conveyor crafted from durable PP woven belt, with a 1.2mm thickness and 100mm width for optimal performance.
3. Includes a U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with an integrated tensioning part, and accessories such as the PP Belt and Egg Claw for seamless egg handling.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system effectively enhances air quality and diminishes ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the housing. The manure belt undergoes thorough cleaning by an efficient manure scraper.
The system ensures a reduction in ammonia concentration, maintaining it between 3-5ppm to promote a healthier environment for poultry.

The system is driven by a Taiwanese Minquan engine powered by a 1.5kw motor, demonstrating reliability and efficiency.
