2. Main Feeding System

1. Silo constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an actual capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is inherently anti-corrosive. 2. Features include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm in diameter with a 2mm thickness, and the auger is 90mm. 3. System comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). The system is engineered to auto-deliver feed uniformly and swiftly, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage while enhancing the yield and quality of chicken farming.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each constructed from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. A single hopper's capacity is 65 kg, while the top layer can hold 70 kg. Powered by China's premier Wanxin Motor, the motor power is 0.75KW, utilizing a 5mm steel wire with a speed of 8.67m/min.

4. Drinking System

Comprising 1. Water front parts, 2. Drinking nipples and cups, 3. Hanging system, 4. Regulator, and 5. Water end parts.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts are meticulously designed to include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Raisetech's water front kit is adept not only in water delivery and medication but also in flushing out tube sediment with its expansive diameter flushing tube. This innovation aids in shielding the system and significantly lessens maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Utilizing 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels with an operational speed of 3m/min. Powered by the esteemed Wanxin Motor with a power rating of 0.4KW.
2. Egg conveyor crafted from PP woven belt. The belt's thickness is 1.2mm and width 100mm.
3. Includes U shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket complete with egg belt tensioning accessories, PP Belt, and egg Claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

An automatic manure cleaning system designed to enhance air quality and significantly reduce
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The manure belt is seamlessly cleaned using a manure scraper.

1. Constructed with 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a speed of 3m/min.
Powered by a Taiwanese Minquan engine with 1.5kw motors, ensuring seamless operation.
