1. Silo crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity. Feeding density is optimized at 0.65 tons/m³, offering exceptional anti-corrosion protection. 2. Innovative Materials: Featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment, achieving a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The system includes an outer tube of 110mm * 2mm, and an auger of 90mm. 3. Composed of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. Facilitating single-layer feeding, the system auto-delivers feed swiftly and uniformly, drastically cutting manual labor and wastage, thus boosting the efficiency and quality of chicken husbandry.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, made from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper accommodates 65 kg, with the top layer holding 70 kg. Featuring the top-tier Wanxin Motor from China, with a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

The Water Front Parts include an intuitive water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Raisetech's water kit is essential for superior water quality, crucial for optimal drinking systems. Not only does it facilitate water supply and medication, but it also features a large diameter flushing tube line to clear sediment, ensuring system protection and minimizing maintenance labor.

2. Egg Conveyor crafted from durable PP woven belt, 1.2mm thick, with a width of 100mm.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the house. The manure belt is efficiently cleaned by an automatic manure scraper.
