1. The silo material is crafted from superior hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an actual capacity of 90%. With an efficient feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is highly anti-corrosive. 2. Materials include specialized filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor(1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper(65kg). This automated system ensures rapid and even feed delivery to the feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage, thus boosting production efficiency and enhancing the quality of your chicken rearing process.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick and made from premium hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by the renowned China's Wanxin Motor, the motor delivers 0.75KW of power. The operational efficiency is further enhanced with a 5mm steel wire, reaching speeds of 8.67m/min.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our advanced automatic manure cleaning system works wonders to improve air quality and decrease ammonia levels to 3-5ppm in the house. This innovative system employs a manure belt that is automatically cleaned by a manure scraper, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
