2.Main Feeding System

1. Crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, the silo material boasts a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and offers a 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it ensures reliable anti-corrosion protection. 2. Features separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, utilizing a robust 110mm*2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper, facilitating quick and even auto-feed delivery to minimize manual operation and feed wastage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features two hoppers made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm, offering a capacity of 65 kg, and 70 kg for the top layer. Equipped with a leading Chinese brand, Wanxin Motor, with motor power at 0.75KW, steel wire with a diameter of 5mm, and an operating speed of 8.67m/min, this system ensures reliable and efficient feeding across layers.
