2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a robust zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasting an actual capacity of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is highly resistant to corrosion. 2. Utilizing separate filling and dispensing equipment, it has a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm in diameter with a 2mm thickness, while the auger is 90mm. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This system enables auto-feed delivery, distributing feed swiftly and uniformly to the feeding area, minimizing manual effort, reducing feed wastage, and boosting production efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.
