2.Main Feeding System

1. Silo crafted from robust hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and a real-world capacity efficiency of 90%. Feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m³, offering exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. Materials include distinct filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The system boasts an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. Comprising of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), single-layer feeding is effortlessly achieved. The auto-feeding mechanism delivers feed swiftly and evenly, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage, hence boosting the production efficacy and quality of poultry farming.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers with a sturdy 1.2 mm thickness, made from hot-dip galvanized steel, each holding a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. The water front parts are comprised of a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Water quality is critically important for nearly all drinking systems. 2. The egg conveyor is crafted from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm for robust performance.
