2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo material boasts hot-dip galvanized steel with a generous zinc thickness of 275g/m², achieving an actual capacity of 90%. The feeding density is optimized at 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. Materials feature separate filling and dispensing equipment with a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is precisely 90mm. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). Single-layer feeding is achieved effortlessly. The system is designed to auto-deliver feed quickly and evenly to the feeding area, drastically reducing manual operation time and feed wastage, consequently boosting production efficiency and the overall quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Every layer is equipped with two hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2mm, constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper has a substantial capacity of 65kg, with the top layer accommodating 70kg. China's prestigious Wanxin Motor powers the system with a motor power of 0.75KW, utilizing a sturdy 5mm steel wire, operating at a dynamic speed of 8.67m/min.

The water front parts include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. The quality of water is critical for optimal functioning of most drinking systems.
