2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and a 90% actual capacity, ensures anti-corrosion. Feeding density is 0.65 tons/m³. 2. Equipped with separate filling and dispensing equipment, it boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. 3. Featuring TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), it auto-delivers feed swiftly and evenly across the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thus enhancing chicken rearing efficiency and quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer features two robust hoppers made of 1.2 mm thick, hot-dip galvanized steel, each with a 65 kg capacity, extending to 70 kg on the top layer. Powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor with 0.75KW motor power, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.

2. The egg conveyor utilizes a PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system enhances air quality and reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the poultry house. The manure belt is efficiently cleaned using a manure scraper.
