2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasting a 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers superb anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment, featuring a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. With an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger diameter of 90mm, 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). It seamlessly delivers feed quickly and evenly, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage while enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer incorporates two hoppers made from hot-dip galvanized steel, with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper boasts a capacity of 65 kg, whereas the top layer holds 70 kg. Equipped with the prestigious Chinese brand Wanxin Motor, the motor power is 0.75KW. The system features a robust 5mm steel wire and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min.

The water front parts comprise of a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. The quality of water is crucial for most drinking systems. Raisetech's water front kit not only facilitates water supply and medicating but also features a large diameter flushing tube line to cleanse sediment, safeguarding the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Expertly designed with 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, the system operates at a smooth 3m/min speed, powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor with a power capacity of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor, made from durable PP woven belt, boasts a thickness of 1.2mm and a functional width of 100mm.
3. Featuring a U-shaped egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket, the system includes an egg belt tensioning part with all necessary accessories. It utilizes a PP Belt and egg Claw for optimal efficiency.

6. Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system is designed to improve air quality by reducing ammonia levels to 3-5ppm within the facility. The system's manure belt undergoes automatic cleaning using a manure scraper.
The automatic cleaning significantly enhances air quality by reducing ammonia concentration (3-5ppm) within the structure. With a state-of-the-art manure scraper, the system efficiently cleans the manure belt.

1. The system features 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, running efficiently at 3m/min.
The system is powered by a robust Taiwanese Minquan engine with a 1.5kw motor, ensuring consistent and reliable operations.
2. PP Belt: With a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, the belt operates at a transport speed of 3m/min.
3. The supporting beam consists of a 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating for superior durability and production quality.
