2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasting an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. Featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment, it delivers a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg), capable of achieving single-layer feeding. Experience swift and even auto-feed delivery to the feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor, minimizing feed waste, and enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm and made from hot-dip galvanized steel. They boast a generous capacity of 65 kg per hopper and 70 kg for the top layer. Powered by China's reputable Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW, these hoppers feature a 5mm steel wire and a speed of 8.67m/min.

5.Egg Collection System

1. Crafted with precision, the 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels operate at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.4KW, synonymous with excellence.
2. The egg conveyor is designed with a durable 1.2mm thick PP woven belt, providing a width of 100mm for efficient egg transport.
3. Featuring a U-shaped egg bracket, alongside an egg belt wheel bracket complete with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories. Also includes a robust PP Belt and egg Claw for seamless operation.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by effectively reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the environment.
The manure belt is meticulously cleaned by an efficient manure scraper, ensuring optimal hygiene and cleanliness.

1. The system includes 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, all operating at a swift speed of 3m/min.
